About the role

Join our innovative team as a Social Media and Digital Coordinator and play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence.  This dynamic full time role is based out of our Clayton South Head Office and is ideal for a creative marketing professional that is passionate about content creation, social media strategy and digital design.

What you'll be doing

• Create Content Development: Assist in developing engaging content and strategies to boost brand visibility across online platforms
• Content Creation: Produce visually striking content, including videos, product photography, graphics including some custom rug artwork and website assets
• Social Media: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to schedule social media content, and foster community interaction
• Digital Design: Update and design catalogues, rug & furniture labelling, lookbooks, EDM's & landing pages
• Marketing Support: Assist in running ad campaigns, SEO initiatives & creating digital assets for marketing campaigns
• Product Photography: Photograph, edit, resize and colour correct product imagery to enhance online listing

What we're looking for

• A degree or similar in Marketing, Design or a related field
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
• Proven experience with content creation, including photography, videography & graphic design
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and social media campaign strategies
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills
