For online retail rug orders under $500, a $75 flat-rate shipping cost applies Australia-wide until January 31st 2026.
For Melbourne & Sydney Metro online furniture orders, a flat-rate shipping cost is available and calculated at the checkout.
If you are located outside the Melbourne & Sydney Metro areas, please contact us for a furniture shipping quote.
If you have a Trade Account with us, a shipping cost does incur for each order. Your dedicated Account Manager will quote you shipping a fee.
Yes, our 7-day change of mind policy allows you to ensure your purchase complements your space and style.
The item must be in its original, new and unused condition with all parts, packaging, boxes, accessories and tags attached.
The 7-day change of mind period starts from the delivery date. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be considered 10 business days from the dispatch date.
Please note, change of mind does not apply to End Of The Line sale items.

No returns for change of mind on rugs or furniture purchased on "Sale" or "End Of The Line" or "Clearance" (discontinued) rugs, therefore, please choose carefully. If your item is deemed as damaged or faulty, you can exchange or receive a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods to be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Where an item is found to be faulty on delivery please notify us within the first 7 days.
If a defect or fault is found within 7 days we will provide a full refund and pay to have the item returned shipped to us.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. A refund will be provided by credit to your original method of payment.
