Any special delivery instructions must be advised in advance.
All items will be shipped via our transport carriers or couriers and must be signed for. Delivery is considered complete when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods have been received.

For online furniture orders only, we offer a flat-rate shipping option for Melbourne Metro. For other locations, please contact us for a delivery quote.

TRADE CLIENTS: For Interior Designers, Homeware Retailers, and Trade Professionals, please contact us or your Account Manager for a shipping quote.

RETURNS POLICY

7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

For peace of mine, we offer a 7-day change of mind policy allows you to ensure your purchase complements your space and style.

The item must be in its original, new and unused condition with all parts, packaging, boxes, accessories and tags attached.

The 7-day change of mind period starts from the delivery date. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be considered 10 business days from the dispatch date. Please note a shipping fee will incur, please read more on our Terms and Conditions, click read more below.

ONLINE ITEMS ON SALE RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS

No returns for change of mind on rugs or furniture purchased on "Sale" or "End Of The Line" or "Clearance" (discontinued) rugs, therefore, please choose carefully. If your item is deemed as damaged or faulty, you can exchange or receive a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods to be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Where an item is found to be faulty on delivery please notify us within the first 7 days.
