7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
For peace of mine, we offer a 7-day change of mind policy allows you to ensure your purchase complements your space and style.
The item must be in its original, new and unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags attached.
The 7-day change of mind period starts from the delivery date. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be considered 10 business days from the dispatch date.

SALE ITEMS – RETURNS POLICY
No returns for change of mind on rugs or furniture purchased on "Sale" or "End Of The Line" or "Clearance" (discontinued) items, therefore, please choose carefully.
If an item is deemed as faulty or damaged, you may request an exchange or a refund.
Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If an item is found to be faulty upon delivery, please notify us within the first 7 days.
