TRC in India

December 10, 2013

As the Christmas holidays start to creep upon us, some of the TRC team are finishing off an action packed week of finalizing designs and orders before we shut shop for the festive season.

Excitingly enough the team were able to sneak a day trip in to visit the majestic Taj Mahal. Besides the overall beauty of the structure and breath taking architecture, the team were also amazed by some of the finer details covering the entire hand sculptured white marble mausoleum. Surprisingly the ever so popular Chevron pattern was found all over the inscribed detailing of the mausoleums.

TRC can’t get enough of the Chevron pattern and can’t wait to share with you our upcoming collection; taking the Chevron designs to a whole other level.

The design can be seen throughout the design industry in various patterns of textures in fabrics, wallpaper, interior environments and the fashion industry.

Scroll through the magnificent images of the Taj Mahal and the Chevron inscriptions that have been around for at least 480 years when the Taj Mahal was constructed during 1631-1652.

It truly is a breathtaking building; stay tuned for some more amazing photos from their trip to come.
