RETURNS POLICY
7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
For peace of mind when purchasing, we offer a 7-day change of mind returns policy, giving you time to ensure your new piece is the right fit for your space.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and include all packaging, boxes, accessories, parts and tags.
The 7-day return period begins from the date of delivery. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be deemed to have occurred 10 business days after dispatch. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
"END OF THE LINE" & "CLEARANCE" ITEMS
Furniture purchased from our End of the Line or Clearance collections is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind..
We encourage you to carefully review all product information, dimensions and specifications before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Where an item is found to be faulty upon arrival, please notify us within this timeframe so we can assist promptly.
