RETURNS POLICY
7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
For peace of mind when purchasing, we offer a 7-day change of mind returns policy, giving you time to ensure your new piece is the right fit for your space.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and include all packaging, boxes, accessories, parts and tags.
The 7-day return period begins from the date of delivery. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be deemed to have occurred 10 business days after dispatch. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
If your item arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
