Any special delivery instructions must be advised in advance. All items will be shipped via our transport carriers or couriers and must be signed for. Delivery is considered complete when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods have been received. RETURNS POLICY 7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY For peace of mine, we offer a 7-day change of mind policy allows you to ensure your purchase complements your space and style. The item must be in its original, new and unused condition with all parts, packaging, boxes, accessories and tags attached. The 7-day change of mind period starts from the delivery date. If proof of delivery is unavailable, delivery will be considered 10 business days from the dispatch date.
